15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our RedFoxx IPTV service. That's why every subscription comes with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the service for any technical reason within the first 15 days, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

1 Digital Service Nature

RedFoxx IPTV provides digital subscription services — including access to Dutch IPTV channels, IPTV Germany content, live sports, movies and series via streaming. As a digital service, once your access credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes) have been delivered and activated, the service has been rendered.

By placing an order and accepting your activation, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service, which may affect your right of withdrawal.

2 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Service not activated — you paid but never received your activation credentials
  • Technical failure — the service is completely non-functional and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • Wrong subscription — you were charged for a different plan than ordered
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same subscription
  • Request within 15 days — your request is submitted within 15 days of activation

3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • ❌ You have used the service for more than 15 days
  • ❌ The issue is caused by your own internet connection, device or app (IPTV Smarters NL, TiviMate, etc.) — not our server
  • ❌ You changed your mind after activating the service
  • ❌ A specific channel or package is temporarily unavailable (maintenance periods)
  • ❌ You have violated our Terms of Use (account sharing beyond plan limits, etc.)
  • ❌ Requests submitted after 15 days of activation

4 Free Trial — Try Before You Buy

To minimize refund situations, RedFoxx IPTV offers a free trial before purchase. We strongly recommend requesting a trial to test:

  • Channel quality and stability on your device
  • Compatibility with IPTV Smarters NL, TiviMate or your preferred app
  • Stream quality for Dutch IPTV and IPTV Germany content
  • Sports and movies availability

5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 15 days of your activation date via:

  • Your name and subscription details
  • The reason for your refund request
  • A description of the technical issue (if applicable)
  • Your payment reference or transaction ID

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

6 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment method used:

  • PayPal — 1 to 3 business days
  • iDEAL / Bank transfer — 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — 5 to 10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC via Coinbase) — refunds in equivalent crypto within 3 business days

7 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation stops any future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period already activated, unless you are within the 15-day guarantee window.
